another day another exhaustion? nahh not really.

hey babies :) i went to the CNY dinner today. the usual get together event. you know like Adau Gayoh :) as usual my most favourite part will be THE LION DANCE :D

sometimes i wonder how come i never seen girls in that group? yeah i know its men power. but don't you think should have girl power too :D? if i was younger and get a chance to be in a lion dance group :D i would wanna learn those gymnastics stunts :D not too mentioned the flips! :D HEHE. oh well :D maybe there are girls in the group. just never seen :) can't blame me :D it's only once a year okay :D

HAHA okay enough cuteness over dancing lions

i watched talk show this afternoon while i was doing paper hearts. with mum. it was about "chi gong". its something like a yoga or tai chi. but if you have seen it :D you might think the people who practiced qi gong got possesed :D well it's some kind of a possesion with consciousness? does that make sense i donooe :D HAHA and so i asked my mum about this stuffs. COS every different races have these kinds of voodoo right? (i'm not disrespecting) i'm just saying our race have all these too. Since my family is Catholic so we don't practice this kinds of things but there's no harm to know about a thing or two.

so what my mum called it was the anggut anggut. and from there the stories went to about penjaga rumah. i knew about that one cos grandMama told me about that last year. cos i was curious. there was a house where it used to be kept well safe or guarded from other evil spirits. she told me that the one that's guarding is friendly. as a matter of fact my very own cousin makes friend with it when she was about 3 years old. and kids always wanna play right :D no wonder i always think something was watching when i went there to sleep (back in my younger days x) ) the house was renovated so everything has been blessed by the parish priest there :) so it's all good. it's a nice place. has a view of the paddy field and and i can see the coo coo train in a far distance. BEFORE. now it's all lalangs and lots of bushes and unkept trees. oh well :) childhood memories well kept?
